Human-led intelligence for protective decisions

Protective Intelligence & Threat Assessment

The Simon Agency provides focused intelligence and assessments for corporations, security teams, executive offices, family offices, and partner firms. We examine defined concerns affecting people, travel, events, and operations, then explain what the available information means for the decision at hand.

Three ways to engage us

Intelligence tied to your requirement.

Start with a question, an itinerary, an event, or an agreed monitoring scope. The work and reporting are shaped around the people, locations, and decisions that matter to your organization.

Relevant to the decision

Information becomes useful when it has context.

We distinguish what is known from what is developing, evaluate relevance to the client’s actual exposure, and identify implications for protective planning. Confidence in an assessment and the urgency of a possible decision are separate considerations.

Focused assessment

Understand a defined protective concern.

A concerning communication, changing executive profile, public appearance, or emerging situation may call for careful assessment.

We review information relevant to the stated question, evaluate sources and context, seek corroboration where appropriate, and explain material uncertainty. The resulting assessment helps a client consider exposure and proportionate next steps. It is behavior- and context-focused; it is not a clinical or psychological diagnosis.

Discuss a Threat Assessment

Travel and event intelligence

Know what matters to this trip or event.

Briefings are connected to a real itinerary, location, appearance, event, and operating period.

Relevant considerations may include local security conditions, demonstrations, transportation disruptions, major gatherings, and emerging incidents. Where agreed, a human-reviewed update can address a material change during the engagement. Scope and available coverage are confirmed before work begins.

Corporate travel, executive protection, family-office activity, conferences, entertainment, and partner-firm assignments can each call for a different intelligence question.

Defined monitoring and briefings

Keep a relevant question in view.

Clients may retain TSA for scheduled intelligence support when the requirement and capacity are agreed.

We define the subjects or principals, locations, issues, permitted sources, review periods, coverage hours, reporting cadence, thresholds, recipients, and escalation procedures for each engagement. Support may involve an executive program, repeated travel, an event calendar, or a specific issue.

This is a scoped service. Timing and availability are established in the engagement rather than implied by a general monitoring claim.

Human-led by design

Professional judgment is accountable.

All TSA intelligence products are human-led and human-validated.

Analysts examine source quality, distinguish confirmed from developing information, account for uncertainty, and review the assessment before it is delivered as TSA analysis. Technology can assist the work; a human professional remains responsible for the judgment and its protective implications.
