Event Medical & Tactical Medics
Medical coverage should be part of the operating plan from the start. Through the Operational Readiness Network (ORN) and qualified providers, Simon 24.7 coordinates EMTs, paramedics, tactical medical personnel and ambulance resources according to event needs.
We coordinate coverage hours, medical access points, communications, response responsibilities and handoffs with event management and first responders. Patient care remains under the qualified medical provider’s clinical authority, protocols and applicable scope of practice.

What We Need From You
Share the event location, schedule, expected attendance, activity type, venue medical requirements, existing emergency arrangements and whether a dedicated ambulance is requested. Coverage is confirmed by location and provider availability.
