TSA Advance Operations integrates the handoffs: timing, access, vehicles, routes, credentials, guests, and contingencies. We work alongside those teams to make the principal’s operational environment function.
We do not produce the concert.
━━ BEFORE ARRIVAL
THE PLAN IS BUILT BEFORE THE PRINCIPAL ARRIVES.
PRE-ARRIVAL ADVANCE
We align the working itinerary with management, production, the venue, transport, hospitality, and security teams. Arrival windows, key contacts, access permissions, holding areas, and fallback options are resolved before the principal reaches the market. The agreed movement brief gives each owner the current times, locations, contacts, vehicle plan, credentials, and handoffs.
AIRPORT AND HOTEL COORDINATION
Coordinate commercial or FBO arrival, meet points, luggage and party movement, hotel arrival routes, check-in timing, privacy considerations, and the handoff from aircraft or terminal to vehicle and room.
VENUE ADVANCE
Walk the principal’s path through the venue: entry and loading access, soundcheck and rehearsal timing, meet-and-greets, VIP engagements, green rooms, dressing rooms, and exits. Confirm who controls each space and who can approve changes.
TRANSPORTATION & VEHICLE STAGING
Align dispatch, driver contacts, vehicle types, staging locations, loading order, route options, and venue access windows. Reconcile the vehicle plan with the real schedule and the principal’s preferred pace.

BACKSTAGE / RESTRICTED ACCESS
Confirm credential categories, issuance and collection, restricted doors, escort requirements, guest lists, and backstage circulation. Reduce avoidable delays or unauthorized access around the principal.
ARTIST AND PRINCIPAL MOVEMENT
Translate the run of show into an actionable movement plan from hotel to soundcheck, performance, meet-and-greet, after-event, and return. Make each handoff clear to the people who must execute it.
SECURITY COORDINATION
Integrate with the artist’s or venue’s existing security lead on access, exposure, routes, crowd interfaces, and incident response. Where separately engaged, TSA can coordinate with its Executive Protection and Protective Intelligence services.

DEPARTURE IS PART OF THE ADVANCE.
POST-SHOW EGRESS
Plan departure before the show begins: vehicle staging, guest and entourage movement, alternate exits, release timing, traffic, and the transition to hotel, airport, or after-event.
MULTI-DAY RESIDENCIES
Maintain continuity across repeated performances while accounting for changing guests, call times, venues, drivers, staffing, and after-events. Carry forward what worked and update the advance for each day.
TOURING / MULTI-CITY OPERATIONS
Coordinate the next city’s venue, hotel, airport, transport, credential, and local security handoffs in advance, with a consistent principal movement standard across changing teams and locations.
REAL-TIME SCHEDULE CHANGES
When flight times, soundcheck, guest plans, or show timing move, we update the working brief, notify affected owners, reset staging and access windows, confirm the revised route, and keep the principal’s movement coherent.
