Jonathan Simon’s career spans more than 38 years across military service, law enforcement leadership, executive protection, corporate investigations, human resources leadership, expert witness consulting, and strategic advisory.

His work has placed him at the intersection of public safety, organizational risk, executive decision-making, and high-consequence operations. That perspective shapes The Simon Agency’s approach to disciplined planning, thoughtful investigations, protective operations, and trusted execution.

A Career Built Across Public Service, Corporate Leadership, and Private Sector Operations

Jonathan began his career in the United States Air Force as a Security Police member before transitioning into law enforcement, where he served more than two decades in policing. His assignments included patrol, investigations, SWAT, internal oversight, academy training, and use-of-force policy development.

During his law enforcement career, Jonathan served as a tactical expert, academy TAC officer, SWAT operator, investigator, and internal oversight leader. He was also involved in major organizational training and policy initiatives, including work connected to use-of-force reform and officer retraining.

After retiring from law enforcement, Jonathan entered the corporate sector, serving in senior human resources leadership for one of Nevada’s largest private employers. That experience expanded his understanding of organizational leadership, workforce risk, executive decision-making, and corporate operations.

From Simon Protection to The Simon Agency

In 2014, Jonathan founded Simon Protection Group, a private security and executive protection firm that became the operational foundation for what would later evolve into The Simon Agency.

Over the next decade, SPG Worldwide supported executive protection, investigations, secure transportation, and complex security operations for corporate clients, elected officials, media organizations, high-profile individuals, and national-level assignments throughout the United States.

In 2025, that experience evolved into The Simon Agency, expanding the firm’s focus beyond traditional protective services into executive risk advisory, corporate investigations, strategic advisory, secure transportation, and global operational coordination.
